Where are orders shipped from?

Orders may be shipped from Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China, or other designated fulfilment locations depending on stock availability and logistics arrangements. The shipping origin may differ from the business registration location of Melbox Pty Ltd.

Do you show a public return address?

No. Customers must contact customer support before returning any parcel. Return instructions and the return address will be provided only after return approval.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Pre-order items, limited tour merchandise, random items, photocard products, opened items, and used items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please review product details carefully before placing an order.

What should I do if my item is damaged, incorrect, or missing?

Please contact cs@darkstar-entertainment.com within a reasonable time after delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and unboxing evidence if available.

Are duties, taxes, and customs fees included?

Unless explicitly stated at checkout, import duties, customs clearance fees, local taxes, handling fees, or destination charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Are estimated delivery times guaranteed?

No. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, logistics, public holidays, artist merchandise production schedules, or pre-order batch schedules.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment or shipment processing.

What happens if my parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery?

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to pay local duties or taxes, or an unclaimed parcel, additional shipping fees may apply.
