Products
DarkStar Entertainment Shop offers selected DarkStar Entertainment-related merchandise, including tour merchandise, official or authorised merchandise where applicable, artist-related merchandise, and selected event-related products.
Product images, descriptions, colours, materials, sizes, packaging, and bonuses are provided for reference. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to production, display settings, manufacturing batches, or supplier updates.
Random items, photocard products, limited tour merchandise, and pre-order products may be subject to specific product conditions stated on the product page.
Orders
An order is not confirmed until payment has been accepted and an order confirmation has been issued.
We may cancel or adjust an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly listed, affected by operational error, or cannot be fulfilled due to logistics or compliance reasons. If this occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping
Orders may be shipped from Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China, or other designated fulfilment locations depending on stock availability and logistics arrangements. The shipping origin may differ from the business registration location of Melbox Pty Ltd.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping information.
Duties and taxes
Unless explicitly stated at checkout, import duties, customs clearance fees, local taxes, handling fees, and destination charges are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
Customers must contact customer support before returning any parcel. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after approval.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
