Pre-order products are not ready for immediate shipment at the time of purchase. Production, allocation, quality checking, and logistics schedules may vary depending on artist merchandise production timelines, event schedules, supplier arrangements, customs processing, and fulfilment capacity.
Estimated shipping windows are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. A pre-order item may ship earlier or later than originally estimated.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together when all items are available, unless separate shipping options are offered at checkout.
Pre-order items, limited tour merchandise, random items, photocard products, opened items, and used items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
