Before returning any parcel

Customers must contact cs@darkstar-entertainment.com before returning any parcel.

The return address will be provided only after return approval. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please do not send any parcel to a business registration address, private address, internal fulfilment location, or any address found outside our approved return instructions.

Change-of-mind returns

Pre-order items, limited tour merchandise, random items, photocard products, opened items, and used items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Please review product descriptions, size information, variant details, pre-order notices, and shipping information carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact cs@darkstar-entertainment.com within a reasonable time after delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Unboxing evidence if available
  • A clear description of the issue

We may request additional information to assess the issue and determine the appropriate next step.

Non-refundable costs

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to pay local duties or taxes, or an unclaimed parcel, additional shipping fees may apply.
