Shipping Method

We currently offer standard international air shipping to selected destination regions available at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination region and estimated package weight. Weight-based shipping rates may vary depending on product weight, packaging requirements, and volumetric weight where applicable.

Shipping Destinations

We may ship to selected destinations including Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and other approved regions as made available at checkout.

If your destination is not available at checkout, we may not currently support shipping to that location.

Shipping Origin

Orders may be shipped from Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China, or other designated fulfilment locations depending on stock availability and logistics arrangements.

The shipping origin may differ from the business registration location of Melbox Pty Ltd.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, local courier handling, public holidays, weather, logistics conditions, production schedules, or pre-order batch schedules.

Pre-order items may require additional processing time before shipment. If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together when all items are available unless separate shipping options are provided at checkout.

Bulky Items and Packaging Weight

Some products, including albums, posters, boxed goods, fragile items, or bundled orders, may require protective packaging. The final shipping fee may reflect package weight, box size, protective materials, or volumetric weight rather than product weight alone.

Duties, Taxes, and Destination Charges

Import duties, GST, VAT, SST, customs clearance fees, local courier fees, handling fees, or other destination charges are the customer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

These charges may be collected by local customs authorities, postal operators, couriers, or logistics providers before delivery or before release of the parcel.

Product prices or shipping fees shown at checkout should not be interpreted as including destination import duties or local taxes unless checkout explicitly states that such charges are collected.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available upon request for selected orders or regions. Please contact customer support before ordering if you require express shipping. Availability, cost, and timing must be confirmed before the order is placed.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping information at checkout, including recipient name, address, postal code, phone number, and email address where required by the carrier.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to pay local duties or taxes, or an unclaimed parcel, additional shipping fees may apply.

Address Privacy

For operational security and privacy, full warehouse, fulfilment, and return instructions are not published publicly. Return instructions are provided only after customer support review and approval where applicable.
